Bassoonist Julie Price will lead a masterclass for young musicians who play any woodwind instrument at Grade 5 and aboce. Participants will perform a short work and recieve feedback and encouragement about their performance from one of the best musicians in their field. Julie held the position of Principal Bassoon with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. She is now Principal Bassoon with the English Chamber Orchestra and Co-Principal Bassoon with the BBC Symphony Orchestra. | Upper Chapel, Nofolk Street, Sheffield. | |
